Court Enforcement Services appoints New Head of Client Services

4th May 2017

Court Enforcement Services announces that they have appointed Chris Browning as the new Head of Client Services. He replaces Adele Whitehurst, who wishes to take a break from the industry and relocate overseas.

Browning has over 10 years’ experience in client services which includes senior and global management roles with WGSN, the international consumer trend authority. Having managed account management teams in a large debt recovery agency, Chris has also directed new business development for UK and international markets.

Wayne Whitford Director at Court Enforcement Services said, “We respect Adele’s decision and thank her for building the client services department virtually from scratch. She has introduced new processes and reporting which have benefitted both our clients and business.

We are delighted that we have been able to appoint Chris as her successor and that he joins us at this exciting time. His client services management expertise involving multi-sites and remote workers, knowledge of staff development and mentoring skills will be very valuable to help provide our clients with the highest level of customer care”.

Chris will concentrate on further developing the existing client services team to the next level by leading with a proactive customer-centric approach. This will provide competitive advantage, as the team remains commercially aware on behalf of the client and anticipate their needs. Chris will also review the complete strategy from initial on-boarding and ongoing. He will explore new avenues to ensure consistency of service levels – irrespective of the scale of the business as it continues to grow. This will ensure that the company continues to stay true to its founding ethos of providing a personal approach and tailored solutions to their clients.
