Cedar Rose appoints COO

Cedar Rose has announced the appointment of Hubert Mugliett, in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Hubert is a key member of the senior management team reporting directly to the CEO and will oversee the internal operations of the business and help to ensure the business strategy is effectively implemented.

Hubert brings with him years of corporate experience in Strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Performance Enhancement and Talent Management in various business contexts in diverse areas of the world ranging from Europe, the Near and Middle East, Africa, Asia, China, Russia and New Zealand.

He has worked in diverse challenging situations and has successfully formed, mentored and led multicultural and multi-ethnic teams. Hubert strives to make a positive difference through ethical and professional methods that proactively engage all parties, bringing talent to its full potential. Hubert holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD).
