Collections software specialist, Flexys has announced the appointment of Dr David Scholefield to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Scholefield moves from his current role as Chief Information Security Officer and takes up his new role with immediate effect.
Flexys says that Scholefield’s appointment is the first in a series of vital new management roles that are being filled. The company is set to announce further appointments for Chief Financial Officer, a Chief Revenue Officer and an additional non-executive board advisor.
Scholefield has previously worked with organisations as diverse as Boots, ABN Amro, Lotus Cars, MessageLabs, CSC, Vodafone, and Toshiba. Scholefield brings decades of practical and creative operational experience to bear in this vital role. In his role as CISO at Flexys, Scholefield was instrumental in the organisation achieving and renewing its certification against the standards of ISO 27001.
