CICM appoints Operation Transformation Lead

The Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), the world’s largest professional credit management organisation, has appointed former 20th Century Fox and last minute.com Executive, Beverley Ewens-Davey MCICM, as Operation Transformation Lead.

In her new role, Ewens-Davey will help drive the growth and extend the reach of the Institute on a national and international basis, taking into account the needs of its worldwide membership. She will connect with both members and partners to understand their immediate and long-term needs, evaluating and enhancing the CICM’s proposition, giving access to a wide range of training courses, support services knowledge and information hubs.

CICM CEO Sue Chapple says that continued transformation is key to the ongoing success of the CICM “The creation of this role signals our intent and our commitment to being the best professional body for those in the credit management profession. As an institute, we look to provide our members with expertise and that stems from experience and there are very few in the industry with more experience and industry knowledge than Beverley.”
