AperiData and PayPoint launch debt advice platform

AperiData and PayPoint has announced the launch of debt advice support for Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) branches across the UK.

The partnership using the Customer Support Tool has enabled case workers to access Open Banking data and a comprehensive overview of the client’s financial information via a single dashboard.

CAB Stevenage saw a reduction in the time spent by case workers gathering and reviewing financial information of individuals seeking help from an average of three weeks per case to just three minutes.
