Arrow Global Group has announced the appointment of Charlotte Gilbert as the Group’s Managing Director for Client and Product Solutions (CPS).
The CPS team is responsible for setting Arrow’s capital formation strategy and broadening the firm’s investors set by enabling global capital pools to access the opportunities presented by a growing investor landscape.
Gilbert brings a wealth of financial services experience in building long-term relationships and solutions with investors across Europe. In tandem, Gilbert has led capital raising across Credit, Private Equity, Lending and Real Estate strategies.
She joins Arrow Global from Oaktree Capital Management where she was Managing Director, Marketing and Client Relations, contributing significantly to the growth of their global funds. Prior to this, Gilbert worked for Apollo Global Management, successfully raising capital across all of their asset classes.
Gilbert will join Arrow’s Executive Committee on 2nd January 2023 and will be based in London, reporting to Zach Lewy, Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer.
