ACS revampes utility services portfolio

Collections specialist ACS has announced that it has revamped its utility debt collection portfolio to emphasis the broad range of services available and to package its unique approach to utility debt collection in a new flagship service Collect+.

The revamped portfolio offers utility providers a simpler and wider choice of services for managing and collecting domestic and B-to-B utility debt.

Six discrete services make up the revamped portfolio.  These cover out-sourced credit management, debt collection, meter disconnection/change, and ceased supply collection.  The new flagship service Collect+ delivers higher recovery rates and helps the utility company achieve better customer service and financial KPI by ‘coupling’ the live bill collection and meter disconnection/change processes.
