Hoist appoints new Country Manager

Julian Winfield has been appointed the new Country Manager for Salford-based Hoist Finance UK, the leading debt restructuring partner for international banks. He joined the business in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Winfield has more than 20-years’ experience in financial services, insurance and retail, having started his career with Kwik Save and Argos. More recently he was the Finance Director for Shop Direct Group (Financial Services) and CFO at Paymentshield. He holds an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School (part of the University of Manchester).

Najib Nathoo, Regional Director of West Europe, welcomed the appointment: “Since joining Hoist Finance UK, Julian has been instrumental in further strengthening our financial processes and performance,” he says, “and I look forward to his continued support as we look to cement our leading position within the UK.
