Marston Holdings (Marston) has announced that it has acquired NSL.
NSL provides a range of outsourced services to local government, central government and business, including:
The enlarged Group has over 6,000 staff and self-employed contractors, including nearly 4,000 field agents operating across a range of disciplines. Both Marston and NSL have Investors in People Gold Standard accreditation.
Marston Chief Executive, Gareth Hughes, said “A number of clients have expressed a desire for more mid-sized alternatives to the very large outsourcers, and the combination of Marston and NSL helps to address this market need. The two businesses operate in different but complementary markets. They share similar client bases and both have expertise in operating nationwide field forces. The combined business will generate service delivery improvements for clients.”
NSL Chief Executive, Adam Palser, said “The NSL team is delighted to join the Marston Holdings group of companies. The two businesses share a similar ethos and vision for future, and we can now accelerate long-term investment across our contract portfolio.”
NSL will continue to operate as a separate business, with investment and support from Marston Holdings, and its management team remains with the Group.
The remit of Marston’s independent Advisory Group now includes NSL, as does the scope of the 2017 Marston ethical audit.
