Credit & Collections Technology Awards announces 2025 shortlist

11th September 2025

Credit Connect is pleased to announce the companies, individuals, partnerships, teams and initiatives that have been shortlisted in this year’s eighth Credit & Collections Technology Awards 2025.

The Credit & Collections Technology Awards are the UK’s celebration of technology innovators in credit and collections. The technology-focused award scheme seeks to champion innovation and best customer outcome solutions. The shortlist highlights technological achievements from industry-specialist providers within the credit and collections industry during 2025.

The awards have been judged by a panel of industry experts who have examined solutions in four different category sections: creditor and lender,  collections and recoveries, applied technology, and innovation.

Credit Connect has received more than 110 entries across 19 categories, with over 60 companies and individuals making it onto the final shortlist.

The finalists have been decided by a panel of esteemed, experienced industry leaders using a unique judging process. Credit Connect’s panel of judges are chosen based on their industry background, providing a view from lenders and collections. This year’s Judging panel profiles can be viewed here.

Credit Connect Media will host the Awards ceremony at the Midland Hotel, Manchester on Thursday 20th November.

Preceding the Awards will be the Autumn Credit & Collections Technology Think Tank. The Think Tank will bring together lending, credit and collections technology executives. The agenda can be viewed here, with speakers to be announced soon. Also taking place on the day is the Commercial Credit & Collections Conference – the event for Credit Managers, FDs and CFOs discussing trade credit challenges.

Colin White, Founding Director at Credit Connect Media and the Awards said “Now in its eighth year, the awards are firmly established as the number one event assessing the future of the industry’s technology solutions.

“I have made contact with several judges who have been pleased to see variety in the range and selection of entries for this year’s Awards. Once again the calibre of entries this year has been exceptionally high, leaving our judging panel with a difficult task ahead of them. Unfortunately, a number of entries had to be cut from the long lists, so making it onto this year’s shortlist is a great achievement.

“We’re excited to celebrate these innovators and pioneers at our Awards ceremony on 20th November. We look forward to welcoming attendees to this year’s Awards.

“Good luck to all the finalists!”
