Leonard Curtis appoints Non-Executive Chair

Leonard Curtis has appointed Gavin Snell as its first Non-Executive Chairman. Snell is an experienced leader with a proven record in growing and transforming professional services, SaaS and information services organisations. He has recently led two successful PE exits having overseen significant organic growth and effective delivery of multiple acquisitions.

He will join an experienced executive team in CEO Dan Booth, COO David Brown and CFO Paul Birks to deliver ambitious growth targets, working with Pollen Street Capital, which acquired a majority stake in the firm this year.
