Mindcrest has announced that it has appointed Neil Jinks as its’s new Client Success Director.
Jinks is a debt litigation and enforcement professional, specialising in leading legal debt recovery operations and client relationship management.
In his new Jinks will be responsible for driving client development for Mindcrest’s Lender Services and Recoveries teams in the United Kingdom.
Prior to joining Mindcrest, he was Head of Client Development & Communications at Court Enforcement Services. He has also worked for other enforcement companies including the largest group in Europe as National Head of Client Services and for another as Board Director responsible for Stakeholder Relations.
Jinkshas returned to DWF after previously being Client Services Director of the Recoveries team and has also been involved in the management and development of legal debt recovery operations for several other leading legal businesses during his career.
Jinks is also an Executive Board Director/Trustee of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), Vice Chair of the Civil Court Users’ Association (CCUA) and Immediate Past President of the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation (IRRV) West Midlands Association.
