Paragon Bank appoints Head of Mortgage Operations

Paragon Bank has announced that it has strengthened its mortgages division with the appointment of Simon Glass as Head of Mortgage Operations.

Glass will head up Paragon Bank’s operations team with a focus on delivering good customer outcomes, reporting into Mortgage Lending Director, Lisa Steele. He leads Paragon’s buy-to-let underwriting, completions and customer relationship teams – a remit that spans new business and further advances, covering all aspects of the mortgage application process from receipt of an application through to funds release.

Mortgage Lending Director Lisa Steele said “Buy-to-let is in our DNA and we’ve evolved throughout our thirty years supporting landlords. This is something we continue to do, and an important aspect of Simon’s role is driving positive change, building on our culture of continuous improvement.
