PKF Littlejohn appoints three Partners

PKF Littlejohn has expanded its footprint in the North West with the launch of a dedicated restructuring practice in Manchester, welcoming three Partners to lead the new team.

Paul Smith brings extensive board-level experience as a transformation leader and trusted advisor. A Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround, he has worked with a wide range of mid-market businesses to deliver solvent outcomes through operational and financial transformation. Smith has held senior strategic roles across both advisory and financial services, with a proven track record of leading successful turnaround plans and negotiating with key stakeholders including lenders, investors, and HMRC.

Stephen Clancy is a seasoned insolvency practitioner with over 30 years of appointment-taking experience. He has led a number of high-profile assignments, including the operational restructure of a major hospitality group and the wind-down of a national home improvement business. His expertise spans both formal insolvency processes and advisory-led solutions, delivering outcomes that protect value and support business continuity.

Paul Reeves joins with over 25 years’ experience in the UK restructuring sector. A Chartered Surveyor and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, Reeves is known for his commercial insight and business development expertise.
