Sigma Connected receives employer accreditation

Business outsourcing provider Sigma Connected has been named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list for the second year in a row.

The accreditation is based on the scores its 1,200-strong UK workforce provided through a survey. With increases across the board from 2023, the survey saw job satisfaction at an all-time high of 84%, with 84% of employees rating their job satisfaction as ‘excellent’. There was also an average happiness of 81% – 10% above the industry average.
