PKF Littlejohn has announced it has appointed Mike Lee as a Director in its Advisory & Restructuring team.
With more than 30 years’ experience as a corporate advisory and turnaround specialist in the North West, Lee will be responsible for providing strategic advice to clients facing creditor issues with practical measures such as cashflow analysis, refinancing and contingency planning.
A Chartered Certified Accountant, Lee brings a wealth of experience in operational and financial recovery, having a track record of supporting businesses with cashflow issues – whether this stems from rapid growth or challenging market conditions. Mike is particularly well known for leading significant change management projects and has extensive experience in engaging with HMRC to access support such as Time to Pay arrangements.
