The winners of the 2026 Credit & Collection Industry Awards have been announced following a live in-person event yesterday (Thursday 21st May) at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham.
There were 19 winners (three of which were partnership wins) from the awards categories, which were presented by awards compere Eshaan Akbar.
The Credit & Collections Industry Awards were launched at the beginning of 2024 to showcase industry excellence. The Awards seek to find innovations and services which best support customer outcomes. All entrants aim to provide solutions and services that emphasise the best customer outcomes. Winner and finalist status highlight the success of companies and individuals who have led the way in enhancing credit and collections excellence.
In this year’s Industry Awards programme, the judges shortlisted over 100 entries from over 75 companies. The Awards were judged by an independent panel of judges.
There were notable wins for debutant Zurich Insurance and StepChange Debt Charity, winning two awards each. A full review of the Awards and a booklet reviewing the Awards data will be available within the next month. In addition, the hall of fame will be updated soon as a result of this year’s awards.
Commenting on the Awards, Colin White, Founding Director at Credit Connect Media, said, “It was great to see so many new winners at this year’s awards ceremony. The winners of this year’s Awards should be proud of their achievements. All of this year’s finalists are setting standards for the future. The range and quality of the entries are a celebration of the diversity, innovation and professionalism of the credit industry.
“I would like to thank our judges for working their way through the entries to date, creating this year’s shortlist. Becoming a finalist is an incredible achievement in itself, with so much market competition. Congratulations to all the winners.”
The event was supported by the Spring event series, which incorporates the Commercial Credit & Collections Conference and Credit & Collections, Think Tank, and the inaugural. Industry Leaders launch, with over 300 people in attendance across the three events.”
Winners will be approached soon with an opportunity to gain insight from being part of the award process, through a review of the awards event data.
