2025 Industry Leaders list announced

Credit Connect Media has announced its inaugural 2025 Industry Leaders list.

The Leaders list will be supported by an in-person launch at the Spring event series, which includes the Commercial Credit & Collections Conference, Credit & Collections Think Tank and Industry Awards that will follow in the evening.

The Industry Leaders list is an annual announcement of the key industry people influencing the future of credit and collections. The list has been created by Credit Connect and its advisory partners: CICM, CCTA, CCUA, CIVEA, and Registry Trust. The list is based upon seniority, degree of industry influence, and then finally decided on how these people are perceived by the industry, such as representation in the media news (setting new agendas, etc) or seen at industry events through a thought leadership capacity.

The list is broken down into different sectors within the industry, with leaders appearing under relevant sectors. As part of the in-person event, Credit Connect will also include a special announcement recognising one person with an Industry Recognition award. The achievement will highlight their recognition, dedication and contribution to the industry.

The leaders who qualified and have engaged with our team will receive special invitations to various events such as Think Tanks, Awards, Conferences, Working Capital Groups plus much more across the next year. The leaders will received have received their industry leaders social media badge and pin badges when attending events.  Each year the leaders list will reset with status on the list reviewed and revised.

Starting next year a nomination process will be launched for professionals who wish to explore potentially being included on future lists. These nominations will be reviewed annually by Credit Connect and its supporting advisory panel.
