PayPlan recognised for excellent advice and debt solution

PayPlan has been recognised by the Advice Service Alliance for its excellent practice and determined approach to provide clients with the best possible advice and debt solution, during its recent Advice Quality Standard (AQSv2) assessment.

The Advice Service Alliance commended the free debt advice provider for recognising the shift in client needs and offering a multiple channel approach to customer engagement, including online forms, text, email and apps, ensuring it offers a number of methods to access free debt advice.

Within the report, the Assessor said “PayPlan is a professional and welcoming organisation with strong leadership and a comprehensive set of robust policies and processes in place that form their quality management and compliance systems.”

“It was a pleasure to visit PayPlan, the organisation demonstrated excellent practice and strives to ensure the client receives the best possible advice and debt solution rigorously controlled by their outstanding quality assurance and compliance procedures.”
