The winners of the inaugural 2024 Credit & Collections Industry Awards have been revealed. There were thirteen winners (four of which were partnership wins) from the fourteen awards categories which are covered by three main headings of Credit & Collections, Inniative & Innovation and Partnerships.
The award winners were announced in a webinar after a date clash with the General Election prevented the Awards from taking place as a in-person event this year. Notable victories in the announcement included a double victory for CDER Group in the Compliance & Regulatory Initiative and Enforcement Specialist categories.
The Credit & Collections Industry Awards were launched at the beginning of 2024 and have been created to provide a showcase of industry excellence. The Awards seek to find innovation and services which best supports customer outcomes. The aim of all entrants is to provide a solutions and services which place emphasis on best customer outcomes. Winner and finalist status highlight the success of companies and individuals who have lead the way in enhancing credit and collections excellence.
In this year’s Industry Awards programme, the judges shortlisted 63 entries from 54 companies. The Awards were judged by an independent panel of eight independent judges.
A full review of the Awards will be available as a booklet reviewing the Awards data will be available within the next month. In addition as a result of this year’s Awards, a hall of fame will be created soon.
