With a career spanning nearly 40 years, Field brings extensive experience in business recovery, turnaround, and corporate finance. He has worked with owner-managed businesses across all sectors, including marine engineering, manufacturing, technology and property, and has a strong network of professional intermediaries across the South Coast.
